Who we are

Built inside Italy.
For Nigerians navigating it.

We are not a Lagos agency with an Italy section. We are based in Italy — and we walk the same bureaucratic corridors our students do.

Why StudyPass exists

The gap no one had closed.

The Italian system is not deliberately hostile to Nigerian students. It is just designed for Italians — and the gap between what the official websites say and what actually works in the Lagos consulate, the Questura, the Poste Italiane office in Turin, is enormous.

StudyPass was built to close that gap. We guide students through the process we know from the inside: the correct address on the bank reference letter, the document legalisation step you must complete in Abuja before flying, the proof-of-funds figure that actually satisfies the 2026 requirement. None of this is secret. But none of it is written clearly anywhere for Nigerian applicants.

Until now.

"We have watched smart, capable Nigerian students lose months and thousands of euros to administrative errors that were entirely avoidable. The information existed. It just wasn't accessible to them in a form they could use." — StudyPass, founded in Italy
What makes us different

Three things. Stated plainly.

01

Italy-based

We are not advising from a distance. We are here — in Italy, in the same queues, at the same Questura offices, receiving the same letters from the same university administrations. When the rules change, we know because we are living inside the system, not reading about it online.

02

Nigeria-specific

Every piece of advice we give is calibrated to Nigerian documents, Nigerian banks, Nigerian consulates. WAEC legalisation. The Lagos and Abuja embassy processes specifically. The ISEE Parificato calculation for Nigerian household income. There is no generic Italy advice here — only what works for Nigerians.

03

Outcome-focused

We measure success by students who arrive in Italy — not by applications submitted. Our guide is written around outcomes. Our services are designed around outcomes. If a service would not change your result, we will tell you that on the first call rather than taking your money.

Real student outcomes

Two stories that explain why we do this.

"She was rejected twice for a bulk deposit — her father had moved a large sum into her account two weeks before the application, and the consulate flagged it as a temporary top-up. We helped her reapply using her mother's steady-income account with three months of clean history. She is now at the University of Padua."

Documented outcome — 2025 intake, University of Padua

"He arrived in Turin without legalised ISEU documents and paid full tuition in year one because the DSU stipend requires the ISEE Parificato to be filed correctly. By year two, we had prepared the documents correctly. He received the full stipend — free accommodation and a monthly living allowance. We now help students complete this step before they fly."

Documented outcome — Turin engineering student, Politecnico di Torino
